His experience spans leadership roles at advertising agencies, global client-side executive positions, and ownership of Leads To Sales, where he has guided the company’s growth and success for many years.

Known for turning complex sales and marketing concepts into practical, easy-to-execute strategies, Cliff brings a results-focused approach rooted in data, performance metrics, and measurable outcomes. His leadership philosophy emphasizes accountability, collaboration, and mentorship, helping teams grow while consistently driving business success.

Long before remote work became widely adopted, Cliff implemented a remote business model at Leads To Sales, creating a flexible and highly effective structure that continues to support both the company and its clients. He has also helped organizations strengthen the performance and productivity of their own remote sales teams.

In addition to his business leadership, Cliff has a strong passion for education and professional development. He has created and taught both graduate and undergraduate marketing courses, providing students with practical insight into B2B sales and marketing. His experience with eLearning platforms and adult learning strategies reflects his commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

Leihla Hamilton

B2B Lead Generation Specialist


Leihla brings a strong background in sales and marketing, with a specialized focus on B2B lead generation and client engagement. Working remotely from her home office in Wisconsin, she is passionate about helping sales and marketing teams work together to create meaningful business growth and stronger customer connections.

Her professional background includes experience with a major beverage distributor, where she gained firsthand insight into the value of aligning marketing strategies with field sales efforts. She also worked as a licensed pharmacy clinician and spent several years with a leading scientific company in the Chicagoland area before transitioning from the corporate environment to remote work.

Leihla thrives on building relationships, connecting with new people, and helping organizations achieve their sales goals. She believes every prospect deserves a personalized and thoughtful experience, reflecting the same level of care and importance that Leads To Sales provides to its clients.

In addition to managing client accounts, Leihla serves as our virtual team leader, supporting and guiding our nationwide network of representatives in their day-to-day activities.

At Leads To Sales, Steve not only manages key client relationships, but also serves as our lead quality and feedback specialist, helping ensure every campaign delivers meaningful results and valuable insights. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, being outdoors, and singing gospel music.
